These Office Cleaning Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rhythmic Office Clean website (https://www.rhythmicofficeclean.com.au) and any commercial office cleaning services we provide in Sydney, NSW. By agreeing to these Office Cleaning Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you have fully read and understood every clause. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with our services.

These office cleaning terms and conditions apply to every recurring plan, one-time clean, and any add-on service you select through Rhythmic Office Clean.

Office Cleaning Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions & Interpretation


“We,” “Our,” “Us” refers to Rhythmic Office Clean, trading as Rhythmic Cleaning Services Pty Ltd (ABN: 93 685 744 218, registered in NSW, Australia).

“You,” “Your,” “Client” refers to any individual or entity that accesses our Website or books our office cleaning services.

“Services” means the commercial and office cleaning services provided in Sydney, including regular office cleaning, deep cleaning, end-of-lease cleaning, carpet cleaning, and disinfection.

“Booking” means a confirmed request for Services via our Sureform form or direct written/email confirmation.

“Price” means the fee quoted for Services, inclusive of GST (unless stated otherwise).

2. Quotation & Booking


2.1 Quotes


All quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance.

Quotes are based on the information you provide (e.g., office size, frequency, scope of service). Significant changes to scope may necessitate a revised quote.

2.2 Booking Confirmation


A Booking is confirmed only when:

You submit the Sureform booking form at Get A Quote page , and

We issue a written Booking Confirmation email that details the Date, Time, Scope of Services, and Price.

Until you receive our Booking Confirmation, availability is not guaranteed.

2.3 Client Responsibilities


Provide accurate, up-to-date information about your premises (address, access instructions, security codes).

Ensure safe access to the premises at the scheduled time, including disclosing any hazards (e.g., wet floors, biohazards).

Remove or secure fragile or valuable items before cleaners arrive.

2.4 $50 Recurring Service Discount Offer

a. Eligibility

To qualify for the $50 discount, you must complete one of the following forms and meet all listed requirements:

On either form, you must:

  • Under Cleaning Frequency, select a recurring plan (Weekly, Fortnightly, or Monthly). One-timeℎ (single) cleans are not eligible for this discount.
  • Enter Promo Code OFFICE50 exactly in the “Promo Code (if recurring)” field.

This Offer applies only to office locations within the Sydney metropolitan area.

Each customer may redeem the $50 discount once per unique office address.

b. Qualifying Services

The $50 discount applies exclusively to the first scheduled Recurring Service. Subsequent recurring visits are charged at the standard recurring rate.

Eligible Recurring Service frequencies:

  • Weekly office cleaning
  • Fortnightly office cleaning
  • Monthly office cleaning

The Offer does not apply to:

  • One-Time (single) cleans
  • Standalone carpet-only, window-only, or specialist services (e.g., post-construction cleaning)
  • Add-on services requested separately (e.g., interior window cleaning, upholstery cleaning)

c. Booking & Discount Application

You must complete one of the following forms to receive a customized quote and apply the $50 discount:

On the selected form:

  • Under Cleaning Frequency, choose a recurring plan (Weekly, Fortnightly, or Monthly).
  • In the “Promo Code (if recurring)” field, enter OFFICE50 exactly (case-insensitive).

Our system will automatically deduct $50 from your invoice for the first recurring visit once we confirm availability and send your booking confirmation.

d. Discount Limitations & Exclusions

If you cancel or reschedule your first Recurring Service less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, you forfeit the $50 discount. Rebooking under the same promo code is not guaranteed, subject to availability and at standard rates.

Upgrades or downgrades to your Recurring Service frequency after the first visit do not reinstate or transfer the $50 discount.

The Offer cannot be combined with any other coupon, discount, or promotional code.

In the event of a booking that exceeds 30 days from the date the promo code was applied, Rhythmic Office Clean reserves the right to revoke the $50 discount if the window for this Offer has expired.

e. Pricing & Invoicing

The $50 discount is deducted prior to calculating GST, fees, or any optional add-on charges (e.g., extra windows, fridge cleaning).

A valid credit or debit card must be provided at booking; payment for the first visit will be processed at the discounted rate.

Recurring Service invoices (after the first visit) are due within 7 days of issuance, per Section 3.2 (Payment Schedule).

f. Service Guarantee & Liability

Our standard Service Guarantee (Section 5.1) applies to your first discounted recurring visit. If you are not 100 % satisfied, notify us within 24 hours so we can re-clean any missed areas at no extra charge.

Rhythmic Office Clean’s liability for any claim related to the first recurring service is limited to the total amount you paid after applying the $50 discount.

These Office Cleaning Terms and Conditions apply to all pricing structures, payment methods, and any additional fees.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

All pricing, deposits, and late-fee charges are governed by these office cleaning terms and conditions; please refer back to Section 6 below for detailed liability limits and guarantees.


3.1 Payment Methods


We accept credit/debit card payments via Square. All card data is processed securely by Square; we do not store full card numbers.

3.2 Payment Schedule


One-Time & Deep Cleaning Services: A 50% deposit is required at Booking; the balance is due upon completion.

Recurring Services (Weekly/Fortnightly): Payment is invoiced weekly/fortnightly and due within 7 days of the invoice date.

3.3 Late Payment & Fees


If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee of 1.5% per month may apply to the outstanding amount.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel future Services until outstanding balances are paid in full.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling


4.1 Client Cancellations


To cancel or reschedule, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled Service date/time.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice incur a $50 administration fee or up to 50% of the quoted Price for that booking, at our discretion.

4.2 No-Shows


If you fail to provide access at the scheduled time and do not notify us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be charged 100% of the quoted Price for that booking as a no-show fee.

4.3 Our Right to Cancel or Reschedule


If we must cancel or reschedule due to staff illness, extreme weather, or equipment failure, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative date/time. If no suitable alternative exists, you may cancel without penalty.

5. Service Standards & Limitations


5.1 Service Quality


Our Service Standards are defined by these office cleaning terms and conditions. Any deviation from scope (e.g., additional deep-clean tasks) will be billed in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. We provide office cleaning services in Sydney to industry best practices. All staff are trained, fully insured, and undergo background checks.

5.2 Scope & Exclusions


Our Services exclude:

Moving heavy furniture (unless pre-arranged).

High-rise window cleaning or specialized services (e.g., pest control) unless explicitly quoted.

Handling of medical waste or hazardous materials.

Additional Services requested on the day will incur extra charges at our standard rates or per-service prices.

5.3 Right to Refuse Service


We may refuse or suspend Services if:

The premises pose a safety risk (e.g., unrestrained animals, biohazard).

Evidence of criminal activity or illegal substances exists.

We cannot gain safe or lawful access.

6. Liability & Indemnity


6.1 Our Liability


We hold public liability insurance up to 10 million AUD for personal injury or property damage caused by our negligence.

Our liability for any claim arising from a Service is limited to the total amount you paid for that specific Service.

We are not liable for:

a. Pre-existing damage or wear and tear on your premises or items.

b. Loss or damage to items you failed to remove or secure before cleaning.

c. Indirect, special, or consequential losses (e.g., loss of business, data).

6.2 Your Indemnity


You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal costs) arising from:

a. Your breach of these Terms.

b. Your negligence or failure to disclose hazards.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our Website including text, graphics, logos, images, and downloadable materials is owned or licensed by Rhythmic Office Clean and protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

9. Dispute Resolution

For disputes relating specifically to these office cleaning terms and conditions, both parties agree to attempt mediation prior to court action.


9.1 Informal Resolution

9.2 Mediation & Legal Proceedings


If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to attempt mediation before any court action.

Any disputes not resolved by mediation may be brought before the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

10. Governing Law


These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the NSW courts.

11. Changes to These Terms


We may update these office cleaning terms and conditions periodically to reflect changes in business practices or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates when these Terms were last revised. Your continued use of our Website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
